High School Timeline judges and students
March 30 Project online entries due, this includes slide deck, video and abstract.
April 1-6 Judges will score all projects in their assigned category on their own.
April 7 Students will be informed of their interview slot, 8:30am, 9:30am or 10:30am, each slot will have 6-7 projects from the same category.
April 8 Zoom 8:15am-12pm, all projects in a category with complete entries will be interviewed.
April 8 Zoom 1pm-3pm Finalist interviews. These are individual interviews of 8-10 minutes.

Special Awards Judging will take place April 1-7, with decisions due by 2pm without interviews.

Middle School will be virtual for 2022. See schedules below.

2022 Middle School Student schedule

March 17th Last day to register online and upload forms and research plan.

April 20th virtual submission due. Abstract, slide deck and 3 minute “elevator pitch”

April 27th Student’s notified about interview time slot. Students must complete all the above to receive an interview.

April 29th Zoom interviews 9am-Noon, each project will be assigned a specific hour block to attend with other projects in their category. Best of Fair interviews in the afternoon at 1:30pm.

Middle School Judge schedule

April 22nd Judges have access to project submissions, score on own.

April 26th Category Judges finish individual scoring.

April 28th Special Award winners due.

April 29th 9am-Noon Student interviews followed by deliberation. Best of Fair interviews start at 1:30pm.
