CRSE & GBSE Interview Info March 11

Both fairs will have the same zoom link and will be in breakout rooms based on fair and category. Students will be told to be there for either 9am or 10am interviews, 6-7 projects will be in each breakout room. Judges will be told to ask for those who must go first due to time constraints. Students should only have video and sound on when presenting, otherwise they are silent observers. Each project will have 8 minutes total, a 1-2 minute introduction to the project can be made and then let the judges ask questions. Screen sharing is available, but you may only share from your slide deck and make sure you are comfortable using it in advance so as to not use up your time. Students may chose to leave or stay and watch after their interview. Students are asked to add to their name fair initials and exhibit number to ensure everyone reaches the correct breakout room. To simplify replace HS with CR for CRSE or GB for GBSE so HS-BE-0021 at CRSE would become CR-BE-21.
