The 2021 PPSSE has been cancelled. Any PPS high school students should register for the Gresham-Barlow Science Expo instead.

Schedule for Students

8:00-8:30           Exhibit Set-up

                        Students register, turn in any missing paperwork, get programs and badges and set-up projects.

8:30-8:45           Orientation-Nancy Lapotin (Fair Director)  

8:45-9:45          Judges only at projects-students tour Maker Space, Environmental Center, Learning Garden, Campus tour (Students will register for one of the above choices. 8:45-9 get to choice, 9-9:30 guided PCC experience

9:45-10:00        Return to posters

10:00-12:00       Judges interview students at their projects

12:00-12:30        Lunch break

12:00-2:00          Exhibit Area open to the public.  Students must be at their exhibits 12:30-2 additional interviews  may take place.

2:00                    Take down exhibits and set up chairs in auditorium for Awards Ceremony

2:15-3:00            Awards Ceremony-Friends and Family Invited. Students must be present to receive awards.

8:30-8:45           Breakfast and orientation

                        Badges and instructions from Judge Coordinator

8:45-9:45          View projects without students present

9:45-10:00        Meet with judging team.

10:00-12:00      Judging with Students

12:00-12:45         Lunch and deliberations (category and special award results due by 1pm)

12:45-1:45            Finalist judging

2:00                    Data entry complete, judges excused (Thanks x 106)
