Hello Students, Teachers and Parents,

As I am getting more questions lately, so here are some deadlines and links for display rules, schedule and project tracking sheet.

If your project status is not Pass:Approved, fix items ASAP. I really want everything fixed before I have to print.

Slides for Judges Due March 26: Maximum of 15, Middle school students need to update their current slides as those are linked already. No school names or links to anything other than bibliography or forms(MS only). No videos. Slide descriptions are at the bottom of https://nwse.org/requirements/

Posters for NWSE, use a trifold as they must be free standing and fit in the allowed space. https://nwse.org/display-and-safety-regulations/ Middle school is not allowed any non-paper items. Photos, graphs, data which doesn’t fit on the poster can be in a binder or folder on the table.

The Tracking sheet is available inside registration on the Project Steps page.
As you make corrections or finish your slides for judges. Please mark the sheet. There is a column labelled Judge Slides Ready. Add Yes if they are.

For Middle School students, there is an additional tab with information about judging sessions. These are by school. Right now morning has a lot of openings, so if a parent is able to transport their child to arrive in the morning, talk to your teacher. I can swap individual projects.

Lunch-2 food trucks will be parked outside to purchase lunch. A grilled cheese and a pizza one. In addition, a coffee truck will be parked there in the morning through lunch. Students may bring lunch from home.

Award Self nominations are due Friday. For juniors and seniors, please only select for the scholarships if you plan on staying in state for college. We want these to be used.

I need 10 more judges for middle school. Parents are allowed to judge as long as they are not in their child’s category. When the parent email was entered, it created an account for you, so you can use the password reset link to login to online registration.
